Kids & Youth
Children and young people are an important part of the church and the leaders of the church of tomorrow. Despite being a small church we always try to make our services accessible to children and young people.
Lego Church / Outdoor Church
Once a month, in colder months, we run Lego Church for primary aged children and their parents or guardians. During the summer this becomes Outdoor Church. Please contact us for more details if you would like to know more.
Sundays
During our weekly services, there is often an all age craft activity available suitable for children and young people whilst the service happens. Age appropriate toys are available for the very young ones among us.
Youth & Teens
Young people are always welcome to join the main worship and engage as much or as little as they feel comfortable to do.
Every year we financially support our youth (and younger children) to attend Christian camps around the UK such as Esgyn and Luminosity.
Safeguarding
Y Groesfan is committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults.
We have a dedicated Safeguarding Lead and all those who work with our young people are DBS checked through the Baptist Union of Wales. You can read our Safeguarding Policy here.
