Church Life
Whether you live locally and are looking for somewhere to attend regularly, just
visiting the area on holiday or maybe curious about what Christianity is all about,
you would be very welcome to join us one Sunday.
Our regular services are on Sunday afternoons and include bible studies, opportunities to share our experiences with God, praying personally, locally and globally, worshipping with music, and once a month sharing communion together. We normally share one meeting space and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of having all ages together, even when things get a bit noisy!
Members also gather at other times through the week for different activities. We encourage the sharing of our joys and sorrows, so we can pray for each other, gain encouragement and learn together.
Sundays
Our Sunday services are at 4.30pm in Tŷ Pawb in St Davids. Our gatherings are informal and accessible for all ages and we share one meeting space. We enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of having everyone together, even when things get a bit noisy!
Occasionally we eat together or meet outdoors; this might be in the community garden, at the beach or for a prayer walk around the city. If you are joining us for the first time, we recommend that you check our social media pages or contact us.
Small Groups & Prayer
Our mid-week catchup takes place every Thursday evening online and there is also a small prayer group that meets on Monday evenings. Join us one Sunday to find out more.
Kids & Youth
We believe that our children & youth are a vital part of the church today. More information on our dedicated activities for younger members can be seen by going to our Kids and Youth Page.
Community
Y Groesfan was founded to serve our local community and therefore we try to be as involved as possible with local life, other churches and events in our city. Our church is part of St Davids and District Churches Together (Cytûn).
Annual Away Day
Every new year we have an away day to deepen and refresh our faith and come together in worship and prayer to encounter God.
